The experience
We invite you to take a comprehensive tour of a late 19th-century vinegar factory, including an illustration of the production process and tasting of various balsamic vinegars. The museum with its objects will make you relive the peasant folklore of yesteryear; from grape harvesting to the delicate operations of racking. To finish you will learn how to make “Tortelloni,” using only quality raw materials and seasonal ingredients, which will be your lunch afterwards. At the end you can enjoy a beautiful evening in the gardens, indoor and outdoor spaces of the vinegar house.
