The Purple Night: throughout the evening and until late at night, the town is tinged with purple, the color of lavender, a plant symbol of an area specialized in the cultivation of medicinal herbs, in the month of its flowering. The event opens with the Lavender Day at the A. Rinaldi Ceroni Herb Garden and continues with numerous events in the historic center dedicated to herbs, perfumes and cosmetics. The village is set up in purple and the night is accompanied by themed food stands, shows, live music and DJ sets.

How to get there
The Municipality of Casola Valsenio can be reached by taking the A14 motorway to the Imola and Faenza exits. Exit at Imola (BO) and take the Via Emilia in the direction of Rimini to Castelbolognese where you turn right onto SP 306 for about 16 km. Exiting at Faenza (RA), take the Via Emilia in the direction of Bologna until you reach Castelbolognese, where you turn left onto the SP 306. After about 16 kilometers (10 miles) you reach Riolo Terme.
