The experience

The Casa Artusi Cooking School is the place where the hands of many curious people meet the culture of know-how and attention to the quality of local products.
People in the kitchen meet, get to know each other and experience personal memories and new flavors.
We invite you to live this unique experience, a private moment for yourself or in the company of a loved one.

Always with the accompaniment of a Marietta, you can live these experiences with attention to the smallest details, which will make you feel welcomed in the School as if you were in the kitchen of your grandmother’s house.

Options you can choose from

1. Piadina and Watercress Workshop You will learn, in your fully equipped station, how to knead, pull, stuff, cook and finally, if you like, to taste with a glass of wine the piadina with Squacquerone di Romagna DOP and watercress with different fillings, all prepared with products of our territory, made by you!
2. Romagna Menu It begins with a small introduction and demonstration by the Masters of cuisine of Casa Artusi.
   Afterwards, in your individual workstation fully equipped for cooking, you prepare, always with help, a menu dedicated to Romagna: from piadina romagnola with local products, passing through passatelli in broth or dry (depending on the season), up to sweet mascarpone from Romagna with chocolate chips or seasonal fruit from our hills!
   At the end of the course, you will taste all the recipes prepared with a glass of wine!
3. The Sfoglia di Romagna Experience a full-immersion in the world of fresh pasta from Romagna, preparing your doughs (strictly by hand) and rolling out (with a rolling pin) the dough to make the different classic and filled pasta scraps, such as cappelletti with cheeses.

At the end of the chosen experience, you will receive a handout with recipes, a notebook to take notes, a certificate of participation and a handmade apron in Romagna printed canvas from the Pascucci 1826 Printing House as a gift.
