Plautus Festival 2025 – 65th edition in Sarsina

The experience

Setting and location

The shows take place mainly in the evocative Arena Plautina, a natural amphitheater surrounded by greenery, capable of accommodating over a thousand spectators. Some performances will also be held in the historic center, in Piazzetta Lucio Pisone and Piazza San Francesco, transformed into an open-air theater. Program of performances

The 2025 program includes thirteen classical and contemporary theater performances, dedicated to the Plautian tradition and dialogue with other dramatic forms:
