The experience
When people think of Romagna, they always associate it with the sea, the long sandy beaches and the delicious piadina romagnola. Romagna is not only the Adriatic coast and Rimini the capital of tourism and entertainment. There is a different Romagna made up of art cities, small authentic villages and excellent cuisine.
Instead, in Romagna (and the surrounding area) there are cultural treasures worth visiting and traditions to experience, in between swimming.

Today, after walking around the village with a tour guide, you`ll have the opportunity to learn about the art of embroidery firsthand. You will learn how beautiful pieces, especially for trousseaus, came into being, which you have surely already seen in your own home, preserved like little treasures.
For lunch you will try a tasting of excellent local products, such as piadina, typical cheese, Brisighella D.O.P. olive oil, and Mora Romagnola cold cuts, an ancient breed of pig you can only find here!Address:

Bertinoro (Fc)
In the afternoon you will take a guided tour of this beautiful medieval village and the fortress. When you enter the latter, you can smell the sea. It’s an instant, it almost seems as if you can still feel the fury of the sea rushing against the cliff that was once Bertinoro.
Bertinoro is also famous for its wines and gastronomy. With a “sfoglina” you will learn how to iron the pastry with a rolling pin, with the opportunity to taste the delicious dish in a symbolic place: the balcony over Romagna in Bertinoro, accompanied by traditional Romagna wines.
