The competition will see the participation of short films from all over the world, highlighting the section “best film made by citizens of Emilia-Romagna residing abroad”, which will be evaluated by a jury of experts in the film industry. The audience will have the opportunity to cast their vote for the best short film at the end of each evening of screenings.

The final evening and award ceremony will be held on 13 September in the multipurpose hall of Palazzo Bellini in Comacchio, in the presence of illustrious guests from the world of cinema and Brando Quilici, director and son of Folco Quilici, who will have the honour of awarding the prizes to the winners.
