The experience

The workshops of the Emilia-Romagna tradition open their doors from June, at the request of groups who want to retrace a journey through the time of flavors, you can learn how to make piadina romagnola and Ferrara bread.

The heart workshop is always active, and is also organized on the basis of the requests of the participants.

This workshop is located near the sea, with the sea breeze that has always been one of the ingredients of the famous piadina, on a large wooden table symbol of aggregation and family, it is kneaded with flour, water, salt, olive oil… the ingredients of the past.

During the workshop, the stories of these products are told, legends and fairy tales of Emilia-Romagna are shared, which is a land of strong, industrious, smiling and hospitable men and women.

The workshop lasts about 2 hours, all the tools and materials are provided directly on site, aprons, headgear, gloves, bowls and ingredients, at the end we have a snack together, talking at the table, as we did at the time and still do today.

The laboratory space is a large indoor but outdoor area, there is no shortage of services that can make the experience even more enriching, such as a small information point, the possibility of excursions and guides.
